This cottage sleeps fourteen people in seven bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor king-size double with en-suite shower room, a first floor king-size double, two standard doubles (one on the ground floor), two twins (one on the ground floor) and a ground floor bunk bedroom, as well as a separate ground floor bathroom and a first floor wet room. The cottage also has a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, a cinema room and an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. Outside, there is off road parking for seven cars and a lawned garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and barbecue, whilst behind the property is the owners' spa and beauty salon, meaning guests can book private appointments for a real taste of luxury! Bedw Barn is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Wales.

Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridges, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with FreeSat, one 52? TV with full Sky), DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and one basket of fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for pool. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 7 cars. Front lawned garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 miles. Note: The owner's beauty salon is situated to the rear; treatments available by arrangement, please contact them for further details.
